Vision: Our challenge is to consolidate ourselves as a leading network of crafts and trades for cultural projects in Latin America and to be a reference and facilitator of institutional, local, national and foreign integration processes.

Manuel Ernesto Rodríguez

Designer for crafts, with international experience for 15 years. Consultant in conservation and innovation projects of artisanal crafts with government organizations and NGOs, in Colombia, Brazil, Venezuela, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Central and South America, under the auspices of UNESCO, Norwegian and Spanish Cooperation.

Advisor and coordinator of units, laboratories and design teams of Artesanías de Colombia. Advisor to the Workshop Schools of the Ministry of Culture, in the areas of innovation, curatorship and product development, for cultural trades.

President of the Defacto Net Foundation Mexico City-Bogotá. 2002 -2023

Aser Vega

Sociologist specialized in environmental management and expert in the comprehensive development of the artisanal sector. Linked to Artesanías de Colombia since 1987, in the execution of regional projects and accompaniment of processes for the protection, strengthening and development of trades as cultural heritage.

Leadership in interdisciplinary work, institutional articulation and strategic vision of the sector. Accompaniment to work with Master craftsmen, for the environmental sustainability of production, innovation, competitiveness and the insertion of craft microenterprises in the market.

Esperanza Martinez

Social communicator with a master's degree in creating audiovisual scripts. Producer, director of media and textual content. Undergraduate and postgraduate university teacher. Consultant, coordinator and editor in academic research projects. Experience in the public and private sector (Ministries of Culture and Education, Mayor of Bogotá, universities and NGOs).

Business Administrator specialized in Logistics Management and Project Formulation. Cultural Manager of the Barranquilla Carnival in New York where he currently resides. Researcher of social, political and cultural movements in Latin America and the Caribbean. Logistics administrator and implementation of institutional promotion and dissemination events serving different populations in processes of empowerment and development of new leadership.
